The carried out research activities is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach (demographic, economic, social), with an interest in methods associated with analysis of the phenomena. In particular the developed research topics have focused and concern poverty and social exclusion, expenditure and consumption behaviour, even compared to the dynamics of price, income and living conditions, labour market. The activity is also characterised by several international cooperation and participation in national and international working groups and committees
